I had an ongoing issue with 2019 Explorer. The driver side headlight would stay on up to 10 minutes after the vehicle was turned off. I also had an alert on the dash telling me that I needed to get it serviced ASAP as it was not charging properly. I took it to a "mechanic" and I won't bash and they said it was the alternator. $1200 and 3 months later I had the same error on my dash. I knew at this point the dealer and anyone else would just start telling me that things need to be replaced. (alternator,headlight, BCM, etc.) Chris kept me informed every step of the way. Chris and his team were able to locate the issue with the wiring and save me time, money, and more headache. I had taken my Ford Escape to a well known tire company in Webster Groves for brake and tire replacement. Within days I began having a drain on my battery and it would go dead after two days, within a week my dashboard began going blank. The company in question denied any wrongdoing on their part and I was left to resolve the problem on my own. I began searching for a reputable company to help. I came across Fitzs and scheduled an appointment with them. They were always completely upfront with me and kept me abreast of progress. My problem was due to the other company and had caused severe electrical issues. Fitzs found it, ordered the needed components and corrected the problems. I will always contact them for any maintenance in the future and strongly recommend them!!!! Top rate shop!! ~ Don C
I bought this car on November 6th and was having electrical problems with it the next week. I then found fitz and was pretty skeptical at first because of the type of car I had. I was gonna take it to the dealer as a last resort but ended up taking it to these guys first. Not only did they fix my car but the owner Chris communicated with me very well and always called to ask for permission to proceed with the next step when working on my car. I told them that I didn’t want to replace anything and that I wanted to keep my aftermarket taillights on. They listened and worked with me the best that they could. Another thing I liked was that their prices were also cheaper than it would’ve been going through a dealer. Thank you Chris and the fitz team you guys saved my holidays ;) ~ Tyrese W
